Once our Pharmacy Team has reviewed, we will call you to obtain other relevant information required to fill your prescription, facilitate payment via MPesa, and coordinate delivery within the Nairobi area.
Important Note: In accordance with Pharmacy and Poisons Board guidelines, you must provide your Original Prescription and a Copy of your ID to the delivery driver prior to receiving your medication.
*Exclusions: Controlled Drugs such as Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances are excluded from the online process. If you would like to fill a controlled medication, please bring your prescription to one of our pharmacies.
